01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the ck44l platform — including its website, mobile web interface, games, sportsbook, live casino, promotions, or any related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player") and ck44l (the "Platform" or "we" or "us").

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ck44l platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

ck44l reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, ck44l will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an on-platform notice. The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the ck44l platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ck44l is an adults-only gambling platform. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or participating in any activity on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law and where such prohibition has been communicated in writing to ck44l.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform, including ck44l itself.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of ck44l or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.

ck44l conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) age verification as part of the account registration and withdrawal process. You may be required to submit a government-issued photographic identification document — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — to confirm your age and identity. Accounts for which satisfactory age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending resolution.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of ck44l complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. ck44l operates as an internationally licensed offshore platform, and online gambling laws in Bangladesh are ambiguous. We strongly encourage players to seek independent legal advice if they are uncertain about the legality of online gambling in their location.

03 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of ck44l services — including depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a verified player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on ck44l. Operating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where ck44l identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed, bonuses will be forfeited, and the matter may result in a permanent ban.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck44l login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. ck44l will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

ck44l recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. In the event that you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ck44l support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

ck44l may request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or as part of a routine compliance review. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ck44l may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals pending resolution.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

4.1 Supported Currency

All transactions on ck44l — including deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). ck44l does not apply hidden currency conversion fees. The amount you deposit in BDT is the amount credited to your account in BDT.

4.2 Deposit Methods

ck44l supports the following deposit methods for Bangladeshi players:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank (via SureCash)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to player accounts within approximately 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. ck44l does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad under standard conditions during operating hours. Card and bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 to 5 business days depending on the institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible, as a safeguard against money laundering.

4.4 Player Funds

Player funds held in ck44l accounts are kept separate from operational company funds. ck44l does not use player deposits for operational expenditure. In the unlikely event of insolvency, player funds held in segregated accounts are protected in accordance with the platform's licensing obligations.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

ck44l is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of any unlawful activity. The platform applies transaction monitoring and may request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns. Any player found to be using ck44l for the purpose of money laundering or financial fraud will have their account permanently closed and the matter will be reported to the relevant authorities.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ck44l offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between the general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), and expiry period will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time window will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available only to players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing on the platform. Players who have previously self-excluded or are subject to a time-out period are not eligible for promotional offers during that exclusion period. ck44l reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the player claiming it.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ck44l employs sophisticated monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet requirements without genuine risk, using multiple accounts to claim a single promotion multiple times, and coordinated wagering patterns across player groups. Accounts found to be abusing bonus offers will have those bonuses voided and may be subject to account closure.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on ck44l — including slots, live casino table games, sports betting markets, and fishing games — are governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective game provider. These rules are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering real money.

6.1 Random Number Generators

All slot and table games on ck44l use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by internationally accredited game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. RNG outcomes are statistically independent, meaning the result of any previous spin or hand has no bearing on future outcomes. 6.2 Sports Betting

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software defect that affects the integrity of a game outcome, ck44l reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. ck44l will not honour payouts arising from obvious errors in displayed odds, game paytables, or bonus calculations caused by technical faults.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

ck44l cannot be held responsible for loss of internet connectivity on the player's end during a game session. Where a game round was initiated prior to disconnection, the round will be settled according to the game's rules and the result recorded by the platform's server. Players should ensure they have a stable internet connection before commencing play.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck44l platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the KYC process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in any way not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any such vulnerability discovered must be reported to ck44l support immediately.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games or coordinated betting to exploit bonus conditions.
• Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund a ck44l account.
• Attempting to launder money or use the ck44l platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ck44l staff, customer support agents, or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another player's account or to ck44l's back-end systems.
• Misrepresenting your identity, nationality, or jurisdiction of residence to circumvent platform restrictions.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Players may close their ck44l account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before an account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal manner. Any remaining account balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and anti-money-laundering checks.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take an extended break from gambling may request a self-exclusion through ck44l's Responsible Gaming tools. Self-exclusions are available for minimum periods of 6 months and up to a permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be accessed, no deposits can be made, and no bets can be placed. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission. 8.3 ck44l-Initiated Suspension

ck44l reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 above.
• A court order or instruction from a regulatory authority requiring the suspension of the account.
• The player becoming subject to insolvency, bankruptcy, or similar legal proceedings.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ck44l will endeavour to communicate the reason for suspension and an estimated resolution timeline to the player via their registered email address. During a suspension period, the player's account balance is frozen and neither deposits nor withdrawals can be processed.

8.4 Effect of Closure

Upon permanent closure of a ck44l account — whether initiated by the player or by ck44l — any unused bonus funds, pending bonus conversions, and promotional credits are immediately forfeited. Real-money balances held in closed accounts in good standing will be returned to the player within 10 business days of closure confirmation, subject to completion of all required verification checks.
